Hallo Hallo Car does not guarantee uninterrupted service since access to the facility depends on your computer, internet service provider, or other similar factors beyond the control of the service provider.

There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages), and must follow the terms of these conditions of use as a court would.
We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration we each waive any right to a jury trial. We also both agree that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
You must be 18 years of age to register in car.hallohallo.com. If you are under 18, you may use car.hallohallo.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Car.hallohallo.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
Hallo Hallo Car attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Hallo Hallo Car does not warrant that the vehicles or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Hallo Hallo Car itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to contact the said dealer.
Hallo Hallo Alliance Account
If you register an account to any Hallo Hallo Alliance website, it will automatically be your account to any of its websites including Hallo Hallo Mall, Hallo Hallo Town, Hallo Hallo Car, and Hallo Hallo Job. To better serve you, Hallo Hallo Alliance only shares basic data information to its alliance website as stated in our Privacy Policy such as profile details, points usage and acquisition, address, etc. When you update your account to one website, other websites affiliated with Hallo Hallo Alliance will also be automatically updated.
One Person, One Account Policy
You can only register one account as a member. It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to create multiple accounts under one or all Hallo Hallo Alliance websites. In case our administration system detects multiple accounts registered by the same person (included but not limited to: Mobile Number/s, E-mail address, IP Address, Points, Order History), such accounts may be subject to review, which can result to suspension of account privileges and/or termination of your account regardless of the points therein. Hallo Hallo Car may require members to submit proof of identification for account verification and security. You are granted a revocable account. The management has the right to terminate an account if the user was found violating this rule.
Points Fair Use Policy
2 accounts per household / address
You are allowed to create a maximum of 2 accounts per household / address, given that accounts are under two different identities. Take note that Minors are not allowed to create an account with car.hallohallo.com. Any users caught violating the policy will be deemed for account review which may lead to suspension of account. Any users caught violating the same policy twice will be deemed for deletion of account.
1 person, 1 account policy
You can only register one account as a member. You are granted a revocable account. In case our administration system detects there are multiple accounts registered by the same person, such accounts may be subject to review, which can result in suspension of account privileges and/or termination of your account regardless of the of Points therein.
Reservations
The customer should pursue transactions made in car.hallohallo.com. The agreed upon price must be honored by both customer and provider. However, it is by discretion of the customer and the provider if the said transaction will continue upon agreed conversation of both parties.
Hallo Hallo Car reserves the right to track transaction history. In case that your transactions have been found to be suspicious, spam and or fraudulent, the Hallo Hallo Car management has discretion to disable your account and confiscate remaining points. To avoid inconvenience, we highly discourage excessive reservations and cancellations.

In addition, hallohallocar.com graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks, or trade dress of Hallo Hallo Car Inc. Hallo Hallo Car's trademarks and trade dress should and may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Hallo Hallo Car's, to avoid any matter that may create confusion among customers or in any way that disparages or discredits Hallo Hallo Car. All other trademarks not owned by Hallo Hallo Car that appear on this website are property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Hallo Hallo Car.
Pricing
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed Prices on our website states the full price listed on the unit itself, provided by the seller, and reviewed in accordance with standard industry practice; this prices may also vary with accordance to the negotiation between the seller and the buyer.
Hallo Hallo Car reserves the right to terminate accounts that has been proven fraudulent or invalid.
Any account of both seller and buyer that has been found creating false fraudulent information and or transactions (including but not limited to entertaining fraudulent personal details, not following the legality process of the units, user has violated Terms of Use concerning User Account policy) shall be disabled or terminated immediately. Once an account has been fraudulent and has been disabled, all existing transactions done by your account will be canceled and will not part of Hallo Hallo Car's liabilities.
